T Mobile end of broadband

I have recently contacted t mobile as I wanted to find out when my laptop and usb broadband was due to expire...only to find out that it expired 3 months ago ! I have therefore continued to pay for my laptop and they do not refund the money ! Can I do anything about this ? Needless to say I have now changed to another provider ...

    I think you will find you are on an initial contract of 24 months. When the initial 24 months pass it reverts to a rolling monthly contract until you decide you no longer want the broadband and cancel it.
