  • I received my Orange bill today and it was worse than i first thought. The value i had added up did not add VAT so today i receive a bill for £616.19!!!
I have spoken to Orange and after a half an hour conversation they have apparently given me the maximum discount they possibly can which is a £180 'credit' off the total bill, meaning i still have to fork out £436.19...
The £180 maximum was built up of:
£150 maximum discount a manager can give
+ £30 the phone representative can give...

They originally offered me £100 but i managed to increase this to £180. Does anybody know if this actually is the maximum? I got it increased to £180 pretty quickly but the lady on the phone seemed adament that £180 was the complete maximum they can give....
