From BT to where?

Hi all,
Have been with BT for option 1 broadband for the last 3 years. Last year I got bb for 5.77 / month...
I haven't had any problems with the service, and would be happy to stop with BT. However, over the last 3months we have gone over the download limit, so incurred £5 / month extra charges.
The contract is now up, and so my question is, where to go now?
TT have such bad customer feedback that I am reluctant to go with them, and plus net have a 10g limit.
Are BT doing any deals to retain customers?
As always, any help much appreciated.
