You need to ring them on 0800 079 2000 then say you would like the £20 discount for existing customers then you have to top up £10 so all together 39.99

Thanks for that... My beloved needed a new phone... He hardly uses them except for emergencies... neither are they allowed to use them at his work as it is a petrochemical plant so I didn't want to pay very much for it... so I did as you stated and I am getting it for £33.99.... I don't know why it is cheaper as our old phone was payg.. and they said they would transfer his old balance to the new phone.... so sorted...

    Thanks again...

I ordered one of these and it arrived this morning. It came with two back covers - black and red. I've seen packs of three different coloured covers for sale in the Orange shop, and they are readily available on eBay.

I had to speak to three different people at Orange before I was able to get them to agree to let me have the phone for this price, but my persistence paid off! I've got two pay monthly phones on my account, and also have a PAYG phone linked to the same account. It was the details of the PAYG account that the assistant wanted, and I got the impression that I could only get the deal if I said I wanted to upgrade a PAYG phone.
