Since when was that a likely outcome?
I'm probably the least offendable poster on here.:D
Indeed. Hamish is a well know easy going character.
Which is why he's compelled to spam internet forums with vitriolic rants whilst bigging himself up at every avaliably opportunity.

you've used that one a few times already you silly kent.
Only once.
And I did state "A bit like when......" when I mentioned it earlier.
Now who's being a silly kent ?30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0 -

Starting to border on boom conditions again. With rents already rising fast, we're in for helluva house price ride over the next few years once the mortgage taps open and 95-100% mortgages return. I hear the industry is keen on 35-40 year mortgages to 'help' new future buyers.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. yessss we know...... you always seem to state... you've not boasted about your wealth in the last few days telling people that you own your own home and are nearly mortgage free...
No need to, you've just done it for me.
Anyway, "Boasted" ?
Not much for me to boast about, as you know.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0 -
Lol, easy enough to work out the asterisks Prof
What a catfight here on this thread!!
Please don't take what the asterisks might mean the wrong way. They were typed with a heavy sprinkling of humour. I hope that was clear (especially to Hamish).30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0 -
Headline writer should be sacked!
Over 4 years, 4% compound is more like 17% - a figure confirmed by the actual house prices mentioned at the bottom.
Why can't these people get their facts right!0
