Someone on the xbox forums has purchased the drive from play asia and it comes without king kong HD DVD also they got charged £33 by Customs for duty on the parcel so it's handy to know how much you might have to pay if it gets stopped

If anyone is planning to order some HD DVD's if anyone is unaware the following places seem to be the cheapest at the moment and considering their is no region protection you mave more choice with being able to purchase region 1 HD DVD

Also HMV have Miami Vice for £13.99 that can be pre-ordered as it is released 26/12/06 and the price will probably shoot up soon as HMV's HD DVD's are normally £24.99. Miami Vice is not the best movie around but it is suppose to be great in high definition

It's worth keep on checking the Dixons website as i ordered one on Thursday and it arrived yesterday. The only downside with Dixons is that they charge £9.99 delivery. You couls also ask instore your local HMV as mine was taking orders off customers and they seemed to think they were getting more stock in before christmas and they dont ask for a deposit other than that it's gonna be a case of checking with the shops to see if they have any delivered unfortunatly

Originally I pre-ordered one from sendit.com in October I was still waiting for a date but they did not even know when I was going to receive it as they said we can't guarentee delivery until next year.

Have now ordered one through Comet and it seems to have accepted the order.

Only ordered 1 though, unlike the eBay profiteers
