I wonder if someone can help - does anyone have a "normal" phone number for this ***** firm so that I can phone, the phone gets answered by a person, and they can (I hope) at least attempt to help? Briefly, my daughter has NTL and has moved - the plan was that she kept the phone number of where she's gone for a few days…

I believe 0845 045 0020 is a direct sales line or 0845 045 0000 to get through to them? no idea of direct numbers as yet....
