Check this thread. If Amazon lower the price within 30 days, you can ask for a refund. I did on a book I ordered and they refunded my credit card.

Sos, I have found it, just click on the we pay tariff.

this looks really good for someone who doesnt need the state of the arc etc!!

However, when I click to buy it takes me back to the dearer phones!!
