Can I ask an opinion please?

Im thinking of an idea for my grandparents for Christmas and I have just had a brain wave that they don't see me and my kiddies much anymore as we live quite a distance apart.

Well she has seen holly once I think and she is now 10 months old so I was thinking for Christmas of making her a scrapbook with pictures of the kids in it.

My son is a keen footballer/rugby player and is a very active part in the community so have plenty of pictures of him and things he has been doing and been up to, and can add a few in of my little girl holly as she has been growing up in her stages that my nan wont have gotten to see but Im sure she'll enjoy and if I leave a few pages blank at the back she has a few pages to make/add her own memories with them too.

My son was presented a medal for his rugby tournament and he has presentations coming up for both events soon so can get a nice photo of him with his certificates too in his smart suits.

What do you all think??????????? any other idea of other things I can add to it?
    Time to find me again

i think that sounds lovely. i find my nans always prefer sentimental gifts like that - they dont really want much material now so gifts like these are perfect and always well loved xx

Could you not bake or make something yourself?

    Truffles
    Peppermint creams
    fudge
    shortbread

are all easy to make and require little effort or fanciness and then you could wrap them yourself in cellophane bags as gifts. Might save you a few quid

thanks hun, will startb having a go a i love truffles and fudge so it wont go to waste. oh and shortbread my favorite biscuits :) x

can anyone please give me any ideas for a present for my dad and step mum.

They have just started keeping chickens in their small garden and I always joke to my dad that I will start calling him and his wife 'tom and barbara' soon so I was thinking of a 'good life' inspired hamper for them both.

Can anyone give me any suggestions as what I could put in it? I have found a BEWARE OF THE CHICKENS sign for them though already.
