Anyone had issues with "The Change Group"

After checking MSE, my hubby and I decided to order our $USD through The Change Group and he duly went ahead and ordered £500 worth yesterday using his bank VISA card.

I tried yesterday afternoon using my Barclaycard Visa platinum but it said that the transaction was unsuccessful. Strange I thought but decided I would try again today, same issue with my Barclaycard

I was then concerned that it might be some kind of issue with my Barclaycard, perhaps a cash limit as I don't use it that much, so decided to use the Tesco mastercard I use each day. This time I received a message saying that my transaction is under review?

I am really concerned about what might be happening and why I would be having these issues?

Does anyone know anything about this group, problems, etc? Might help me sleep tonight!

Thanks Change Group - I did ring and the issue was because when I tried with my Barclaycard it wasn't accepted, and then my husband and I both ordered the same amount of currency and have the same initial, it caused a flag to be raised but all ok now and think currency is in the post!

I had a similar problem this weekend - wanted to order while currency was a little stronger at the weekend... transaction unsuccessful, tried a few more times over the bank holiday weekend - same thing.

Phoned this morning to try and resolve and told that my account was now blocked for 30 days because I'd tried 4 times - no explanation why it failed in the first place. I was just told that there were problems with their new site and they couldn't unblock it. Have ordered several times before and now it looks like I'm going to have to go elsewhere... if this is happening to many then they're going to be sending a lot of customers elsewhere.

Pity because the rates work out much better than other with the free delivery option.
