Ebay - How to find how many free listings used in a month?

Hi,

I list lots of my old stuff on ebay like books and DVDs. I tend to list most items for 99p to avoid a listing fee. However today I have found I have gone over the 100 free listings aloud in 1 month. It states the following on the Ebay website:
*Free insertion fees for auction-style listing

Private sellers can list items for free provided the item is listed:

Using the auction-style format in an eligible category (Mobile phones with contract, Cars motorcyles & vehicles, and Property are excluded)
With a starting price of between £0.01 - £0.99 without reserve
  • Only in 1 category:
    • If you list in a second category, this will be charged the standard rate for listing in a second category
This pricing is limited to a maximum of 100 listings per month. From the 101st listing, the standard insertion fee applies, which is £0.05 for Media-related categories and £0.10 for all other eligible categories. Business sellers and PowerSellers from any eBay site are excluded and will be charged the applicable insertion fee.
You can see how many free auction-style listings you've used for the month on the My eBay and Selling Manager Summary pages.

I can't find the number of free listings I have used under My Ebay. Does anyone know where I can find it as I want to know when I can start listing things again with free insertion.

Go to your all selling page & scroll right down to the bottom. I've only used 5 I wonder if I can list 95 in the next 2 days? I'm rubbish I never use anywhere near 100 & yet I have rooms full of stuff that really needs to go. But I love my stuff so much.

I have gone to the bottom of the page but there is no total there, I was just about to ask the same question as I have tried all different ways to get this total but still can't find it.

Mine comes up, press the all selling & then go right to the bottom, it's under Announcements, then it's listing offers, it should be in that box.
It could be that you've collapsed it so edit & then you should be able to see it again.

I have gone into 'all selling' then the 'listing offers' is at the top of the page, when I try to move it down nothing happens. Also when I click expand there are no totals or any other info there.

Hmm, that's odd, you are a private seller not a business? Have you listed anything at 99p or less for free this month?

Oh I think I understand now! I am a private seller, but I have only listed some items which were over 99p when it was the free listing weekend. Can you only get a total on the bottom of the page if you sell the 99p or less items? I thought that I could get a listing total on all listings sorry about that. I think thats been my mistake.! Thanks for the help

I don't know it's just a guess, list something at 99p & see if it tells you you've got 99 left.

I have just chatted to someone on the Ebay Online Chat. I asked the same question and this was their response:

"I'm afraid that we currently have no feature where you will see the number of items you have listed in the Free listing promotion. You have to track it manually. With regard to this promotion, it is a monthly basis. So it means that the count resets every 1st of the month."

Be very careful OP. If you frequently hit or are near your 100 free listings in all liklihood ebay will force you to upgrade to a business account.

It's still available on mine, the heading is called Listing Offers and appears at the bottom of the All Selling page. Just checked and I've used 50 of this month's 100 free listings.
