Glad to hear she's OK - my wee girl does this now & then, usually when she's eaten too quickly or it's often followed a couple of days later by a hairball (YUK)!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Glad puss is ok. Mine seems to up-chuck her biscuits at times when she's wolfed them too quickly. She sometimes does the same with her wet food (when she's been out for a while and comes in hungry) and incidentally it is always whiskas she throws up on (she has whiskas and felix depending on what's on offer). Years ago my aunt had a cat and was told not to feed him whiskas as some cats found it too rich - they've prob changed the recipie now though.
Hope her tummy settles with the Senior food - I guess it's like people getting older and not being able to eat as much/the same as they could when they were younger xFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Just wanted to add, our cat vomited occasionally - maybe on average once a week - not "proper" sick, more of a clear liquid, occasionally with whole biscuits in. When we did see her puke, it wasn't the usual OTT retching, bellows action that cats usually do, but almost a huge dribble!
As it wasn't that often, and she was fine in herself, we didn't worry about it, but after a few months of it did go to the vets. He got it right first time - she had a chronic sore throat and the biscuits she had for breakfast (applaws) were irritating her throat and esophagus, stopping the throat healing and making her gag and then puke - it wasn't related to her stomach at all, which is why it wasn't the usual looking half-digested food puke. He gave her antibiotics and antiinflammatories and we put the cats on a wet food only diet for a month, no more puke/dribble. We did reintroduce biscuits but after a month she very occasionally pukes again in the same way. So we are back on 100% wet again.
Just something to bear in mind and possibly try out if she will eat wet food??0 -

Thanks for that, something to bear in mind. She would definitely eat just wet food!! I am sure she could quite happily go without eating any biscuits at all. It does only seem to be when she eats the biscuits though, so perhaps trying her for a while on just wet food would be a good idea.Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -
