I know this deal wont be for everyone but there plenty off people that go on about the 5p off voucher. So i thought i would let people be aware off this.

Yes i know for some people this wont matter however i buy these loo rolls and alot of over people do we sell around 1pallet - 2 pallets worth a day in my shop thats a fair few people that already buy this line :D

Hi, I know this has already been said in previous posts and I agree.

The new offer Tesco has for saving 5p a litre on fuel when you buy the own brand toilet roll @ 2 for £3.99 (£7.98 total), you can buy the Spring Force Toilet Tissue @ £1.99 for 9 rolls (£3.98 total) thats £4.00 cheaper.

The most I have even been able to fit into my cars fuel tank to 53 litres of diesel so the 5p off would save me £2.65 meaning I would be £1.35 worse off than if I had just bought the Spring Force toilet roll.

We have used the Spring Force brand for a while now and find it to be good for the purpose that it was designed for and thought this was something I would share.

    Hope this helps.

Is Spring Force / Lidl bog roll akin to sand paper though ?

As someone already said this is a good deal for those who already buy this brand.

Wonder if this is the reason that my local Tesco added 4p to the price of Petrol and Diesel last week !!

Its the most expensive supermarket in the area for me at the moment.

Just 1p below the most expensive in all petrol stations.

    Talk about taking the p***

Why not just wait until a deal on toilet rolls & fuel up somewhere cheaper?

errr because supermarket fuel is nearly ALWAYS cheaper than any of the "big boys"

Its the only supermarket in my town, all the other 3 garages just follow Tescos price like lost sheep no competition, other surrounding towns a 5p a litre cheaper

I bought my 2 packs of 9 rolls this morning, but didn't get the voucher. When I rang them up to question this, they told me I would get it in the post and it would take about a week to arrive.

So I hope it isn't dated - with our posts it may have gone out of date before i get it.

I don't normally buy loo roll in Tesco, because we get recycled which they hardly do, and that's usually cheaper in CoOp or Waitrose.

Can't agree with the idea of buying the very cheap stuff: surely you just have to use twice as much to get errr..... the same effect?:A
