Having M&D and nieces for cake this afternoon. Now we know where Igor gets his recipes from... Oh Boy do I sympathise with those sentiments on extortionate prices for "special occasions". No1 Offspring also celebrated a b'day on Sunday, so often has to share with (absent)Father's Day. No2's b'day is the day before their (absent) father's b'day & No3 will often be on Mothers Day or Easter. My dad's birthday is in mid Feb FIL mid April, it costs a small fortune for 4 roses each time to take up the cemetary
