So I got some more good news today, I got an interview for the job I had the phone interview for. :J Its not for another 3 weeks, which is good as I need to prepare a presentation for it. So fingers-crossed that it goes well. Still have another job application to do. Oh, its all go here. Feeling great and I haven't even increased my tally. Hoping that my the rest of the week will be less spendy.
Hope everyone else is OK. I see the NSDs are rolling in, well done everyone. :Txx
Your life has changed so much in the last couple of weeks you must be wondering what's happening.

Think he has passed on whatever he has as I am feeling sick today... or it could be that I am not enjoying work at the moment. Am not sure what it is so it's harder to deal with and solve.
spoon xWe watched a film or two and snuggled and maybe moreI am demented today & over the weekend with Santander phoning looking for someone who doesent live here & never has.

Ohh the pasties sound yummy - would you mind sharing the recipie? (esp the veggie version for my OH)
At this rate we'll be writing a NSD Crew Cook Book(*ponders* actually not a bad idea...)
I will do as soon as possible pronto with my uttermost pleasure.
Re Veggie Version. I have a dear friend who is Veggie and part of my Culinary Efforts is for him, producing loads of me friendly Veggie recipes that I love, that would delight his sweet tastebuds away.

Remarkably for me I ended up with 2x shops at Tesco meaning probably a horrific £90 spent all told. Must end impulsive shopping and do exercise runs IN THE PARK which is only 5 or so minutes away. Tesco has a exercise ground is well and good, in fact it is swearword clever, but when it leadeth one into temptation , a good Idea becomes a costly one and one is literally paying the cost.
Anyway 2x shops is massive progress over one ginormous one.
The French Books are on their way and I have to test maths app for overall wonderment.
No Spending wise I am starting to look at burgeoning Storecupboards and Fridge and Freezer with a lot more love and contentment than i did previously.
I know see recipe possibilities, meal ideas that need to be organised so I don't have to hence my recent strolls round Tesco (I should actually be hot footing it to Waitrose my Shopping Heaven or at a pinch do an Ocado shop). All I have to do is concoct wonderfulness and budget in a me friendly way to make it. And getting myself to do the NEW THING I had not done before: Make own Pasties, learn to make Fried Onion Rings, Make Veggie Jelly ( to come and in planning) Doing NEW THINGS helps keep me fresh, gives me challenges even though they make me feel uncomfortable. NEW Ground has been taken which has led me forward.
Walking past the Pasties at Tesco made me think' I can do better'. It is really good to be able on occasion to walk past ready mades knowing I can do a superior job, making them null and void. Suddenly even tasty Ready mades lose their magnetic appeal because I have control over ingredient qaulity like All Butter Pastry ( unless it's lard and butter or Veggie Combi), Baked Beans I like, garlic, chill, bacon, mushrooms etc onion as I do for the pasties). Cos I am reknowned as a Great Cook this means provided I look after the storage of the swearword item, one is set up for a period of time in delicious meals.
Because i live on my own I end up throwing out tonnes of food, not good,:eek:
Anyway I plan to go forth and get those NSD's this week, should get No 2 in the week and perhaps aim for more this weekend and become part of what seems a rhythm in money saving, remembering spending well is as much part of economising as no spend days.:beer:#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.

@rockcakes I hope it all goes well for you.
@Solvent soon No wonder the Tardis needed a clean. All those nasty Retailers have been stinking the place out meaning it needed a decent clean and so we can all take off and land at will in all those lovely places that this Country and Scotland fair Scotland has ( I need a house in the Highlands I do). By having an Effectively working Tardis we are better able to land and take off at will knowing we are researching well our various pleasure filled Destinations.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.
