Flight Only Installments

I'm a newbie at flights & I'm looking to travel to Las Vegas in March next year and am looking at flights only (hotel is already sorted).
I have the money coming in for the flight, but I can't pay for it all at once. I'm worried that the flight price will increase by the time I have the money saved up.
I don't have a credit card - only a debit card. Therefore I can't pay on a credit card & then pay that off...
Is there anywhere that lets you pay a deposit & the rest in instalments?
TIA

We booked a fly-drive with Trailfinders.
We paid a deposit on booking and the balance 9(?) weeks before departure. They do flights only but I don't know if the payment arrangements are the same but the cost of our flights was alot more than the deposit we paid. Why not give them a ring and ask, we found them exceptionally helpful2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07

I used to work for a competitor of Trailfinders. We let customers pay a deposit for a flight, and then pay the balance later. However this was always on the clear understanding that the price wasn't guaranteed until fully paid.
We did our utmost to notify a customer if we knew a fare was going to change, but it wasn't unknown to arrive to work on a Monday morning to find that airline X had changed all their prices and contracts. Some airlines (ie Qantas) were very professional and helpful in this regard, others not so.
The other problem you may have is that many (not all) of the cheaper fares have strict ticketing deadlines, such as having to be issued within 7 days of the reservation. If you want to pay it off over a longer period, you may have to opt for a higher fare that offers greater flexibility.0 -
Thanks for the info Sheepfan - really useful! Guess this is going to cost me a bit more than I first thought
It's probably silly but I feel I'm getting penalized for not wanting to get into debt/put it on credit lol0 -
Best thing to do is pop into STA/Trailfinders etc and ask them. Just make sure it's clear before that they start looking for a fare that you want one that doesn't require immediate payment. They might be able to find one that meets your needs. It'll probably help if you're flexible in terms of your chosen airline and route.
If you're a student/under 26, STA often has special fares that have more generous conditions that "standard fares".
I remember once spending ages with a customer looking for a flight to Sydney under £700 on a certain date. After I found it, she then asked me to print off the details as RBS had a deal with their "Royalties" accounts where they would beat any price on the high street by 10%!!
