Discount days in DIY stores

Sorry to ask a question that must have been answered many times: please can someone remind me when the various DIY stores have discount days for oldies ? We need stuff from B&Q and might as well pay as little as possible for it. Many thanks.

Homebase don't have anything specifically for oldies, but they do have frequent 15% (or whatever) off days - usually Fridays/Saturdays. Or double Nectar points.
