Waiting for ADSL2+ but anthing else I need to do?

Over a week ago I saw on the BT wholesale checking page that my exchange is now offering ADSL2+. So I requested the upgrade from my ISP Plusnet and they said it will take approx 5 working days.
Do I need to do anything to ensure it will be working OK when Plusnet have done their bit. Alter router or any other settings?

The only thing you may have to do is reboot the router when the service goes live.Remember kids, it's the volts that jolt and the mills that kill.0

It has been five working days and I guess I am getting slightly impatient. Not sure if Plusnet will email to say it is live or not.0
