 get a food safety qualification
 Get EHO to asses her "food premises / kitchen "
 Read, understand and put into practice the allergy laws on nuts and gluten and advertising / disclaimers around this topic . e.g made in a gluten environment, cannot guarantee being nut free etc
 Probably be more realisitc in her pricing...for a lot less money some of the cakes on ebay look more professional0
