Ours is awful. The ceiling has theses circles with a stipple effect in the middle of each circle, the top half of the walls are stippled and the bottom half is smooth.
Its private rent though so nothing can be done, hopefully our next house is smooth all over.0 -
I hate the stuff, skimming every ceiling as i decorate throught the house, grew up with the stuff, it still gives me nightmares!

I hate it. I think we have the same stuff as Evansangel, big circles with lots of pointy bits in the middle. Far too much hassle to change though, this is only our first house and we won't be here forever.
A white flat smooth ceiling just looks so fresh and clean, why anyone would get artex on purpose is beyond me.0
