Almost there! Pressie for OH and wrapping everything (will start tonight).

Tesco are delivering next Thursday which leaves me Friday at 5am run *if* they miss anything major off (I cannot face Tescos right now!).

Need to post off my friends pressies and stuff to her - if only I can remember where I hid them ................

    All finished then!

I've finished, brought and wrapped all of my presents :j

ETA: Don't have to buy food etc, as i live at home with my parents so Mum gets all that.
  • "Uurrrrrghhh" - that's the fat man here, emptying his sack...... of presents that he has bought.

Still trying to think of that special one for the OH - anybody got any great ideas for something unusual/romantic/dfw-style?

Presents are done, drinks are done, just half the food to get now :) Nearer the time fresh stuff (very tempted to do a very early run to miss the crowds )

Completely done here..all presents wrapped all cards delivered and no food shopping to do...I have 5 grown up kids all left home and I'm sick of cooking christmas dinners...so put my foot down and about 3 months ago told them I wasn't doing it this year...result..my 2 daughters are doing it between them...they know about my debt situation so I will be at work on christmas day until about 3pm nip home pick the pressies and oh up and go around for dinner...we'll stay a couple of hours then hubby will go to work and I'll stay there a couple of hours...I offered to pay towards the food and they've flatly refused..so am quite looking forward to chritmas:D

but you can do less and make the budget £5 per person and having fun looking for pressies that much, 3 for 2 at boots have loads as does Woolies, that will half your outgoings and will feel less resentful xxx
