Xbox 360 update rant

It was banned eh? Perhaps for having unauthorised hardware in there, MS do a banwave with each update. Have you had it flashed to play pirated games?

Find that hard to beleive unless it was flashed or modded chipped Xbox which you would not be able to get online anyway? Microsoft wont ban by update on your hardware unless it is modded?

well it makes sense,

you had it modified with a new drive so you were banned

the customer service were quite helpful with me when i called up to get my xbox picked up when it went rrod,

Although they weren't particularly interested this time round, MS were quite helpful a few years ago when my OH's first 360 had problems - They sent a box for it, arranged pick up etc. Plus, they left the most hilarious message on our answer phone...we still have it saved for when we need a giggle! I'd never heard anyone refer to a customer service telephone number as 'delightful' before :rotfl:
