FlyBe fly EDI-NWI direct twice daily (with an additional journey possible if you connect in Manchester). They used to fly GLA-NWI direct, but it wasn't financially sustainable. FlyBe negotiated a package of subsidies for various new routes when they first started flying to/from Norwich, and when these expired a number of the less successful routes (including Glasgow and Belfast) were dumped. You can still fly Glasgow - Norwich if you change in Manchester.will i have to go glasgow to stansted?
Ryanair fly Prestwick - Stansted once a day; Easyjet fly Glasgow - Stansted a couple of times a day.just means a long round about train journey to get to norwich then
Until 21 May, you also had a choice of direct trains from Glasgow Central to Peterborough, from where you could catch a train to Norwich. Sadly 'East Coast' are focussing on (surprise surprise) the east coast route now, and only one train a day will travel from Glasgow Central to/from Peterborough and London King's Cross. We regularly used those trains, and while a little slower door to door, it was much handier than traveling by train to Edinburgh and changing there for Peterborough.0 -
Quick update; Ryanair have announced that they're pulling the one remaining daily Prestwick - Stansted flight (down from about 12 flights a day at its peak).0

As jamesbrownontheroad says, but to add depending on where in Scotland you are, there are also Aberdeen to Norwich flights with BMI and Eastern Airways.
If you do the train, I've found it can be cheaper to split the tickets if you pre-book. Outward I did Norwich-Peterborough-Edingburgh-Glasgow Queen St, on the return Glasgow Central-York-Peterborough-Norwich.
