e2save help

Hi Im not to sure if this is the right place to post this.. but i really need some help on this matter!!
E2save and trying to screw me around and try not to send me cash back cheque. Basicually they have written that you need to sendur 4th, 8th and 12th bill. I sent my 8th Bill and they sent me a letter saying i sent the wrong bill and thereforei cannot claim.
But as i brought my phone @ the end of march (29th to be exact) i didnt recievea bill for march..
So according to there table my 8th bill should be issued in october .. so i recieved my 8th bill at the end of october and its thenovember bill and the stupied guy wont listen..!! i could reallyuse some help on the matter!!!!

  • You have to send the 4th bill at the correct time and receive the first cashback to receive the 2nd cashback after you've sent the 8th bill to them (In other words you cant miss a cashback out and get the other two).

    If you have done the above correctly you'll notice in the top right hand corner of your bill under 'Bill date' there is the bill number - are you sure this was the 8th?

    In the same position as you. Their terms actually asks you to send the 4th bill from month of purchase. You bought on 29th March so you should have sent June bill (1. march, 2. april, 3. may, 4. june).

    But you will have done what I've done and sent my 4th bill. This means you bought on 29th March, get 1st bill April, 2nd Bill May, 3rd Bill June, 4th Bill July.

    The problem is that their website invites you to ask what month you RECEIVED the phone and so I guess you received it at start of April (allowing for postage) and hence why you've messed this up, like me. I think it is a deliberate ploy to go by received dates but then change it to order date - there explanation is that normally you get next day delivery so the day you order is normally the day you receive, but not when you do it at the end of a month!!!!!.

    I've written to a few choice poeple and am currently awaiting a response. They are very sneaky and this is a big change from theie normally okay service.

    Did you send your 4th bill in?. I've got the feeling that e2save swop the rules around so if you sent your 4th and got paid, then your 8th should get paid too. if you've not sent your 4th then you only lose that cashback, not all future ones.

    I suspect that e2save are wriggling out of cashbacks buy changing the rules as they go along.

    I was arguing on the phone wiith the guy for aggess..! because basicually i didnt recieve a march bill ....!! so my novemeber bill that i recieved in october became my 8th bill!!.. and the guy kept saying u need to send the october bill as stated on the table.. i kept saying that it says to send the 8th bill that you will recieve in october and that was the november bill!! so annoying!! the first guy i spoke to was just not helpful.. the 2nd guy i spoke to was like i understand.. but he couldnt do anything about it and gave me an address for the appeals team..!

    They are really sneaky..

    And whats annoying me the most is that i have a friend who brought her phone the same day and we sent of our bills (same ones) together and everything is running fine and smoothly for her.. she recieved a text saying that she should be recieving her money soon!! MAKES NO SENSE TO ME!!
  • oh.. by the way i sent my june bill which was my 3rd bill.. but i was still paid..! now that i have sent the right bill (being the 8th) they are not paying me!

    I have been in the same situation. In fact info in my fist received email and on website now are different.
    THEY CHANGED RULES OF A GAME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GAME!
