No matter what method has been used for reviewing a claim - office interview; home visit; the A2 form; form saying this is what we have, please say "no change" or give new details - there were always certain aspects of claims that meant reviews were done at different intervals to the norm.
A person's age, health, the likelihood of some change in circumstances, high housing costs etc were all factors considered.0 -
