Where did the promo code come from originally, OP? I'd like to take advantage of this offer but don't fancy being charged the £18.50 if the code was only generated for use by one specific person.

I placed an order for something else, using this code. I telephoned them today to confirm the order as no e-mail conf received. They advised that my order hasn't been uploaded onto the system yet, and the CSR enquired where I got the code from. I quickly said I received it by email, & CSR replied that the discount will only be applied if they can verify the code was meant for me.

I paid by card over the phone. The offer is for new customers only.

grrrrrrrrr, what i'm annoyed about is the email sent to me said i was paying £5, there was no word of taking the full amount in the statement i got and i paid by card, stupidly.

I sent them an e-mail after ordering an item & using the code-they have now responded & advised that the code is NOT VALID and therefore, no discount will be applied. I have cancelled the order.

Hiya, I received mine today. Was a little concerned at first though, beause I got a phone call from them asking why I had set up an account +why I was using the code. Simply said that although I was already with Littlewoods I wasn't with LX Direct (same peeps) and that I was given the promo code by a friend. She was fine with that. I phoned about 2 days later and confirmed the code- was told it was not credited on the account until 14 days, but they had logged my call and if hasn't been knocked off, then I should phone them back and they will sort it out manually.

Hi all, i ordered this item,confirmation came up as £5.00 total but my debit card was charged £18.50, rang up and asked and was told it would be credited when it was despatched, the next day I had £13.50 credited back on my card and received my mp3 player today, havent opened it yet its a prezzie for my son may open it a bit later!! Was due for delivery on the 21st so its come earlier, thanks for this OP!

Mine is a prezzie for daughter! Open it and check it just in-case there is something wrong with connections to computer. My sister has had problems with her mp3 player (not the same one) being recognised. I opened it as soon as I received it- anyone would think it was my prezzie:rotfl: I'm gonna put a few of dd's fav songs on it, I also managed to order the white I-dog from Amazon, she will be well pleased:T
