they always do, they tend to take the full amount then refund the voucher

I too was charged full price at the end! Have emailed them....hope I get my MP3 at £5!!!!!!!!

Like wise the total didnt come out as £5 - but it did say that the voucher would be considered - hopefully its a first time order bonus,
