IP address banned by MSE!!

I am unable to access the MSE site via my desktop computer, as when I try to log in I get the message ' Your IP address has been banned by the administrator'

This post is via my laptop on the same shared broadband connection.

Any ideas why this has happened? I have certainly never posted any controversial or prohibited posts in the past.

This has been happening to a few people if you look at the existitng thread in the questions and suggestions board. Not sure what the problem is yet as they are awaiting an answer from webby

do you use the same login on each PC ?

ensure you reload the page from fresh ( use CTRL + F5 )

do you know if you have a static IP with your broadband connection ?

Same as me alright in the evenings but banned dring the day its like a curfew in reverse.

Just visit the site from a web proxy...........problem solved
