Groupon / Paypal have stolen my money & refuse to refund despite evidence

I have had a very similar (totally unacceptable) problem with Groupon recently, which is ongoing. I have successfully bought a number of Groupon vouchers in the past and paid with Paypal without any problem. However, on this occasion an error came up on the payment screen and then the same thing happened again when I made one more attempt to pay. So I received no voucher(s) - and Groupon fully acknowledge this fact. But, to my dismay, I subsequently found that two lots of £25 had been debited from my Paypal account. Groupon claim to have no record of these payments having been made and, despite sending the requested screenshots to prove that the money has indeed been taken, no refund has yet been made to me. Having used Paypal a lot for ebay sales, I knew to initiate the dispute procedure immediately, which I have now escalated to a claim against Groupon. Groupon's Customer Services are an ineffective joke - absolutely hopeless, with long expensive waits on their phone system, etc.
