I referred a misselling complaint for LTSB to the FOS in August 2010 but am still waiting for this to be looked at by an Adjudicator because of the massive backlog. Are LTSB
intending to contact every complainant individually to continue processing their complaint rather than making us wait until the FOS can reply definitively as, where I am standing, it looks as though anyone who has pursued their complaint via the FOS may be penalised in relation to those who have just gone back to the lender directly?!

I've been Money Tipped! Newshound! Chutzpah Haggler
Thanks to everyone who replied, asking questions. The interview is today so there is no point posting any more questions as I now have the list.
    Thanks again,
    Guy

Why is it than when my current account becomes overdrawn, I receive a letter from Lloyds post haste (for which you charge me further to my account),but when I send letters to various derpartments including your customer services at Lloyds, requesting an update to my claim regarding PPI I hear absolutely nothing ? Where is your customer service ? What time scale are you working to on this? If you sorted out claims like mine and others in as timely a manner as you send letters about being overdrawn, perhaps people would have more faith in the work that you profess to do for your customers. If the monies which you wrongfully took under the guise of PPI, people like myself would not be overdrawn and hence would not be paying further overdraft charges. Problem sorted. My claim has been accepted by an adjudicator at FOS,yet I am now told that I could be waiting up to 12 months to see any return as it will now have to be allocated to an Ombudsman for a final decision. Hence my route in sending worthless letters to your departments in the vain hope that you could expedite matters.

    Hi there,
When and where can we find the results of the interview? I'm really interested to hear their excuses.
