BT Braodband Complaints number or e-mail?

Well I can honestly say BT call centre India have done my head in joined BT on 8th June the biggest mistake of my life all was great for a week then we dropped to getting less than 1/2 a meg spend ever couple of days on phone to them to have service boosted and fault log let them in my pc today we have .23 and call centre India have told me nothing wrong with equipment/line - that the hardwired pc and xbox and 2 laptops and phones all have fault................!!!!!! can we do as this is so poor cannot work from home- help. Can I cancel and return everything as they have not supplied the service we have 42 speedchecker logs from the last few days with orange and rest with bt
