    I don't believe that this has been tested yet, but in the meantime you will rely on their deciding to make an exception to their terms.

    Edit:
    Note that some providers give you are specific time to try the service within which you can cancel (eg O2 give you 14 days). So it's a good idea to check returns policy before signing up. Unless you are very sure about coverage, handset and suitability of contract.

    Ah, OK - that makes a little more sense.
    And yes, I'll just have to wait for their assessment on the signal issue.

    Not sure what the second line team will say thought - website shows strong signal area for my work place, and I get 1 bar if I leave my phone on a desk. Disappears as soon as I pick it up...

    And no, it's not an iPhone 4 ;)
