Ryan's Scratchcards - uncover a "Second Chance" tick, get another card free - maybe??

A few weeks ago I flew and took advantage/allowed myself to be taken advantage of(?:p) the special deal Ryanair were offering.
Those of you who fly regularly and have resisted Scratchcards may have weakened when we were told that two instant car wins occurred on one Ryanair flight, and then Ryanair reduced the price of their 2€ scratchcards to 1€ for a period.
Well on two flights I bought some in their original special deal sealed six pack bundles (6 for the price of five costing 5€) .... with me so far? I didn't scratch them on the plane as I was alone and like drinking, it's perhaps rude or sad to scratch unless in company of friends or family
So I took them home and let the family have them. We didn't get any instant wins but we did get some "Second Chance" ticks which entitles you to
The response was "Oh we don't give free scratchcards except on the flight you bought them on". I protested that the Ts & Cs sayeth no such thing that I could see.
"I'll have to ask my boss" was the next move.
Boss comes and says "Give him a free scratchcard".
I said "but I need six please".
Then boss says "You bought them in a bundle, didn't you?"
Me: "Yes"
Boss lady: "Well we only give one free scratchcard per bundle."
Me: "Show me where it says that in the Ts & Cs"
Boss lady: "OK give him six".
Question is, were they being kind or were they doing me over, or was it something in between (gratuitous bending of bundle rule number 1).

- A free scratchcard - "ask the cabincrew"
- An entry into their €1M draw if you enter your name and address and post the cards off.

scratch cards = no win (winning cards are never given out)
and unless you spoke up, they would done u over!0 -
Latest experience:
After finally being granted the six extra ("Second Chance") scratchcards mentioned in my first post, I apparently made the same mistake again by not scratching them to myself on the plane. After taking them home to the family we found that we had two more with second chance ticks on.
So on the next flight which was just this weekend, I presented them.
Guess what? I got told the same thing again except this time the boss said no - most definitely no second chance unless you are still on the flight upon which you bought the first card. Although this effectively denied me 4 Euros worth of further "fun" (if you can ever call it that - Stuie is right of course that they are hardly most people's idea of a winning bet), I was tired and didn't argue and I thought oh well I'll just report it on my inconsistent Ts & Cs versus cabin crews' ideas about Ryanair Scratchcards thread on MSE.
So then. What's going on? Is Stuie right about what happens when you don't speak up too? Or a have we missed something crucial in this little game Ryanair plays?0 -
To be fair you should probably just scratch them on the plane and if you don't want to do it alone then don't buy them.0

To be fair - what kind of defeatist tork is that?
