Change of plan! I really must stop doing this. For me this week:
Friday - [STRIKE]sausages with roast veg[/STRIKE] sausage sarnie, as I couldn't be bothered to cook
Saturday - lamb kleftiko with lemon roast potatoes [new recipe]
Sunday -[STRIKE]lamb and veg fajitas[/STRIKE] veg and bean fajitas - I haven't got as much lamb as I thought I had so the fajitas will have to be meat-free
Monday - [STRIKE] baked feta with HM bread [new recipe][/STRIKE] aubergine parmigiana - I got some free aubos as they're past their best, but they won't last more than a day or two
Tues to Thurs -
chicken pad thai (I managed to find that chicken breast that I knew was in the freezer somewhere)
[STRIKE]veg curry with brown rice[/STRIKE] baked feta with HM bread [new recipe]
chilli burritos with salad
On the plus side, it cuts down on the red meat a bit, which has got to be a good thing.Back after a very long break!0 -

Here goes with my mealplans for the week:
Sunday : Roast Lamb, Roast Potatoes, Carrots
Monday : Spanish Omelette
Tuesday: Open Meatball Sandwiches with Salad
Wednesday : Not sure
Thursday : Sweet & Sour Chicken with Noodles
Friday : HM Pizzas
Saturday: Enchiladas
There are sandwiches for lunches and homemade flapjacks/breakfast bars for snacking on. Trying to avoid that though, so there's fruit and carrot sticks for the healthy option. Have a good week, everyone.
