    Sunday -- Roast chicken, spring onion mash, peas & green beans
    Monday -- Chicken in lemon & ginger with a rice salad
    Tuesday -- Tandoori chicken wraps & salad
    Wednesday -- Tagliatelle Carbonara
    Thursday -- Spicy sausage pasta
    Friday -- Fish, chips & peas
    Saturday -- Chicken biryani

    Breakfasts -- toast, eggs, weetabox or crumpets

    Lunches -- salads, wraps eggs.

    Snacks -- fruit & HM cakes.

    Back to using up freezer contents and I've just increased them by nearly a kilo and a half of whoopsied chicken wings - for 50p - so need to find some chicken wing recipes before Thursday - or I could just make some chicken and veg soup.

    Breakfast: value oats or muesli soaked in apple juice.

    Lunch: leftovers, freezer soup, with salads using hg salad leaves and radishes

    Dinner:

    Sat: potato, tomato, bacon kukuye (a sort of frittata)

    Sun: beef casserole, hg spinach beet, hg parsnips, baked potato

    Mon: gammon steak, saute potatoes, hg leeks, sweet n sour carrots

    Tue: salmon with yogurt crust, rice, green salad

    Wed: celebration (nut) roast, hg beetroot, green salad

    Thu: something with chicken wings + veggies

    Fri: sausage, leek, and apple casserole, baked potato, carrots

    Hi everyone :) This is us:

    Saturday
    B: Weetabix, porridge or oatcakes with date + walnut butter or preserves. Tea/coffee, oat milk and fruit juice
    L: Spaghetti on toast. Apple.
    T: Girls (taking food as we are out visiting) hummus and pepper wraps, crisps, pink wafer biscuits. For dinner later on, me and hubby are going to try Nigella's sticky marinade on tempeh with spoonbread followed by a version of her Girdlebuster Pie (I know... but it is his birthday dinner... ;) :cool:)

    Sunday
    B: Choc cinnamon pastries. Tea/coffee, oat milk and fruit juice
    L: Glazed Roast, veg and potatoes. Lemon Posset.
    T: Beetroot sandwiches. Crisps. HM Battenburg. Tea/oat milk.

    Monday
    B: Hm walnut cereal with oat milk or vanilla soya yoghurt. Banana. Tea/coffee, oat milk and fruit juice.
    L: Country Pate and tomato sandwiches. Soya yoghurt. Apple.
    D: Vegetable and Broad Bean Pie with tomato salad. Blueberry fruit salad with oatly cream.

    Tuesday
    B: Choc cinnamon pastries. Banana. Tea/coffee, oat milk and fruit juice.
    L: Vegetable and Tomato Soup.
    D: Macaroni Cheese (well, penne and Sheese) with beetroot, watercress and garlic baguette. Battenburg.

    Wednesday
    B: Hm walnut cereal with oat milk or vanilla soya yoghurt. Banana. Tea/coffee, oat milk and fruit juice.
    L: Hm veg spring rolls. Soya yoghurt. Apple.
    D: MUMOF4's Herby dahl, broccoli and rice. HM Mini Milks.

    Thursday
    B: Weetabix with oat milk and dates. Banana. Tea/coffee, oat milk and fruit juice.
    L: Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato Scones. Raisins and carrot sticks.
    D: Vegetable Rogan with Almond and Broad Bean Pilau. Cherry Surprise.

    Friday
    B: Hm walnut cereal with oat milk. Banana. Tea/coffee, oat milk and fruit juice.
    L: Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato Scones. Raisins and carrot sticks. Soya yoghurt.
    D: Butter Bean Patties, chips, peas and sweetcorn. HM Mini Milks.

    Snacks: MUMOF4's Peach Flapjacks, nuts, carrots, fruit, oatcakes with yeast extract or peanut butter.

    Suppers
    Girls will have B+B, oats or rich tea/digestive with cup of oat milk. We will have cup of tea and oatcake if I must ;)

    Hi all

    This week we are having:

    Sun: Lunch out, cheese, pate and biscuits for tea
    Mon: Might be going to friends house??? Back up of Chicken Tagine & Cous Cous
    Tues: Crab Spaghetti with toms, & basil (DH really liked this last time)
    Wed: Lamb with garlic & rosemary, roasties and veggies

    As I'm on holiday from work, I will be making some soup for lunches and freezing some. Also intend to do a couple of lots of baking - blueberry muffins and mini carrot & apple cakes.

    Sun May 29th
    Tomato Pasta with burgers and HM Coleslaw

    Mon May 30th
    Beef Casserole done in the slow cooker
    (Making 2 lots)

    Tues May 31st.
    Beef Pie (From Casserole done in slow cooker)
    Green beans and potatoes.

    Weds 1st June:
    HM Pizza - topped with Spinach, ham and cheese
    HM Coleslaw

    Thurs 2nd June
    Fish Fingers + Mash

    Fri 3rd June:
    Cheese + Broccoli Pasta Bake

    Lunches will be sandwiches/scones.
    Will make cakes and flapjacks for the tins for the week.

    I am trying to eat out of our freezer and cupboards as have guests coming soon and want to save shopping properly until then.

    L - Spicy Cous Cous salad
    D - Jacket spud and LO chicken HM Apple Cake

    Friday
    B - Porridge and fruit
    L - BLT baguette
    D - HM Pizzas with choice of topping, Garlic Bread, Greek salad HM Mississippi Mud Pie and cream

    Saturday
    B - Toast and Jam, followed by fruit
    L - out
    D - Seafood Paella, with salad. HM fruit sorbet

    B - Beans, Bacon, Sausage, Mushrooms, BP, fried egg, and fried bread

    Friday - sausages with roast veg
    Saturday - lamb kleftiko with lemon roast potatoes [new recipe]
    Sunday - lamb and veg fajitas

    Monday - baked feta with HM bread [new recipe]
    Tues to Thurs -
    chicken pad thai (I managed to find that chicken breast that I knew was in the freezer somewhere ;))
    veg curry with brown rice
    chilli burritos with salad

    It's a bit heavy on the red meat this week but I'm trying to use up the contents of the freezer so the door shuts without me leaning on it. :o
    Back after a very long break!
