I'd like to think I could break the door down and turf them out. But tbh I'm fairly cowardly and not a fan of confrontations. Unfortunately a 999 call claiming trespassers on my property is the best I can muster :(

Me too. Quite frankly, I'd probably end up making them a cuppa or something daft :o

    You big softie! ;)

I'm afraid a quick call to my local rugby club would be in order; one of the props is roughly the size of a four seater sofa.

Does this happen to you often?

in reality, your not going to just call the police and live homeless for 'due process'. your going to smash the window and cave in the head of the biggest one and watch the rest flee.

plus, no one has a right to occupy your regular residence. the (potential) squatting rights thing only applies to unoccupied properties, its in the small print of the law (read up on it a year ago or so).
