How can I provide my API data?

Scheduled Flights made direct with Monarch - When you've made your flight booking, on your itinerary page you will see a button called "add Advance Passenger Information". Just click this button and enter all the relevant information that is asked for on that page. You can re-enter the data before you check-in if you've made a mistake, but you will not be allowed to change names supplied at time of booking so please ensure they match those on passenger's passports.

If you've already booked your flight you can add API via the 'my account' area. Choose to 'view your bookings' and you can enter your API either by choosing 'change' (an API button will display on relevent booking itineraries) or 'check-in' (API can be entered as part of the online check-in process.)

If the send it you by email get them to type there passport number twice as it will help you spot if they have made a mistake if they don't match

Thanks all, had an idea as they have recently updated their site that i can go in and update as and when i want to.

SO, i am thinking of giving everyone access to the flight booking where all they can do is update their details into the system, click confirm and all done.

Thats my plan anyway! less chance of mistakes and up to the individuals themselves then. just hope people dont go over someone elses details by mistake but it is well laid out though to be fair.
