Virgin mobile - good deal?

Already a Virgin customer and had a call today to see if I'm happy with my current contract (£10 sim only 800m/ul txts/1gb ).

Was then offered Blackberry 8520 600 min/ul txts/1gb £15.72 per month for 18 months.

As my phone is on it's last legs tempted. Seems a good deal to me, not sure about phone. Don't really want a touch screen but don't know what other phone to ask for.

I have a Blackberry 8520 and am really pleased with it. Easy to use, quite small. Good keypad. I used to have a touch screen phone but could not get on with it. Blackberry's are good phones.
  • You've currently got 800 minutes, do you use all of them? So long as you know 600 will be enough.

It's got the advantage of being for 18 months rather than 24 which is becoming the norm.

I only use about two or three hundred mins a month.
