Exclusive Eyes, Perfect Glasses and Eye Experts

DO NOT BUT FROM ANY OF THESE COMPANIES (which are all the same owners). Disgusting service, well actually, there wasn't any!
Ordered glasses, they took the money, then they said they couldn't supply and to choose some others. I did so and eventually was told they didn't have them either, choose another pair! I cancelled my order in writing and never heard from them until a week later I wrote to them again. I got a reply to which they used YET AGAIN, their stalling tactics, even though the order had been cancelled in writing. I spoke to the credit card company and within 24 hours of speaking to the disputes team, had 2 calls from the company hassling me to reinstate the order.

I wish I had seen the old thread about these companies previously as it would have saved me alot of grief and frustration from dealing with such an appalling company.


NOTE:

Within 10 minutes of sending this post, not that it had been published yet, true to form, yet another phone call from Exclusive Eyes trying to offer us a 'deal'! If you get offered, don't accept one as your claim may well be weakened considerably for a refund!
