Can someone please help!!

Hi all,

We have got a bit of situation here so think someone might be able to advise.

We live in a building at 9th floor and from past four weeks there is no heating being provided at all. Management is not helpful at all and the plumber told me that the boilers and pumps are not working properly and they wouldnt replace them.

We have tried sending letters etc but they dont really care and never received a response. I was just thinking is it possible to take them to the court and solve the issue as most of the resident at 8th and 9th floors are suffering from this issue.

Thanks in advance
CE

Do you rent the property? If so a landlord is legally obliged to attemp to fix a lack of heating within a couple of days.
