Halifax Online - view interest rate and account details doesn't work!

In the new Haliofax online banking, i can't get the above mentioned link to do anything. Has anyone else got this problem...
The real issue for me is i have several websaver type accounts. Nearly every year halifax come out with a new one with a slighlty different name and offers a good intrest rate. For the older websaver accounts, the intrest rate drops to nearly nothing.
Sneaky tatics, i dont know. However, when you create a new halifax websaver account, it asks you to give it a name e.g. 'rainy day,' 'holiday fund' or you can name the account yourself. The trouble is, when logging into online banking, it lists them by this name and not the proper name or type of the account. And infact, I can't find the proper name/type of my various websaver account anywhere. So, while the online services does have another link to look at current intrest rates, when you click this it just lists all the different types of websaver accounts. Therefore I basically aint got a clue what intrest rate my web accounts are actually earning.
Maybe if the link "view interest rate and account details" actually worked once signed in, I would know. Anyone else with this issue? If not looks like I will have to ring them up, but i only have a mobile and calls to 08456 numbers arent cheap!

Yes - it's an IE9 problem.
If you use Firefox, Chrome or even IE8 it's fine and clicking on the link shows you the interest rate for the account.0 -

Once you've got the interest rates (by using a different browser, as jen suggested above) you might find it useful to have the interest rate in the name of the account. I also include the date when the promotional rate ends.dolphindiver wrote: »If not looks like I will have to ring them up, but i only have a mobile and calls to 08456 numbers arent cheap!
Not required this time, but in future get them to call you - http://www.halifax.co.uk/bankaccounts/callback.asp - or use https://www.saynoto0870.com to find an 01/02 number, which are normally much cheaper than 0845's.0 -

When I'm not near a landline and I have to ring from my mobile, I ring Halifax on: 01132 422 229.Never let the perfume of the premium overpower the odour of the risk0 -
Argh that explains it, I do indeed have IE9, but any idea why it doesn't work? That being the latest browser and the halifax website just being updated?Yes - it's an IE9 problem.

I'm finding quite a few problems with various sites and IE9 - not impressed so far.0 -
IE8/9 is the first time Microsoft has bothered paying attention to web standards. This unfortunately seems to have broken a lot of sites that don't conform to these standards.
You might find enabling compatibility view will fix a lot of the issues:

I would agree but it seems strange that some sites that worked in IE8 now don't work in IE9. There must be some other chnage too.You might find enabling compatibility view will fix a lot of the issues:

I had done that before with some sites when I trialled IE9 before going back to IE8 and forgotten about it. Thanks for reminding me.
Seems to fix the Halifax problem at least.0 -

Rates are now visible again.0 -

Or you can go to the actual website and then click Tools, Compatability View.0
