Hi Bubbles, I have gone in september/october, and in the middle of October, and the weather has been good, if it does rain it only lasts for 15 mins, except maybe a whole morning or afternoon, but that does not happen often, I have found the weather better these months than in April/May.

Who have you looked at online?, I have used TC, and did flight and alpha rooms seperately, there are bargains to be had nearer the time, ie teletext, or icelolly, but be aware that sometime the holiday is not live, so you ring up and they say its gone but they offer you another one for a higher price.
If you want to know what the resort/hotel is like, check on Trip advisor (cuba forum) and on the left side is a list of all the hotels with reviews.
