    seem this ebuyer does it to everyone looking at feedback...seems never to receive items...........

    If the buyer has such a history of 'failure to arrive' then I would be surprised at any seller who didn't at least send it recorded and pay the extra 68p out of their own pocket. I've certainly done that where I've seen more than a couple of mentions of items going astray.

    If paypal do award the buyer their money back then take the buyer to small claims court for the money instead.
    I did that and he paid up just before the court date!
    2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j

    I thought you could pursue Royal mail if your've got a cert of posting, up to £32, may take while, but it should work
