I know this is an old post but I'm going through my cahoot flexi loan and credit card to reclaim PPI so just for reference if anyone needs these addresses.

If your loan was with cahoot its now with Santander so you need to contact them using this address

    Santander
    PO Box 1111
    Bradford
    BD1 9NQ

If you're trying to reclaim PPI on credit card then contact Cahoot at

    PPI Claims
    PO Box 6197
    Milton Keynes
    MK10 1UY

Also for capital one credit cards

    Executive Office
    Capital One
    PO Box 5281
    Nottingham

After receiving details (although not very clear -printouts from databases) of my accounts and scanning the details I managed to select all the correct details. I then sent phils letter as above and the questionnaire also from this site. Today I received letters confirming full refund of my payments and 8 percent interest! So very pleased! Thanks everyone and all at Mse!! :D

    Good evening,

I would like to try to reclaim any PPI that I may have been charged on previous loans and credit card agreements with cahoot/egg etc but I am unsure about the best way to approach this, ALL of the agreements are now closed and have been for at least 6 years with some up to 10 years and to make matters worse I have no account reference numbers for any of them as I have shredded any correspondence. I had planned on completing the PPI claim forms obtained from this site with what little information I have such as addresses/DOB etc and hoping for the best.

Any advice on time limits for claims and a more suitable approach would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Andrew
