But they didn't agree to combine postage, they said it was a bargain and the postage was fair.
The OP knew what the postage was, agree that the shorts are a good buy and are happy with them, so I don't see a problem here.
The simple fact is if you don't like the postage price then don't buy.
I often buy from ebay and when I do I take the postage into consideration, if it's still a bargain then I have no complaints.

I'd give them 1 star in comms as well then, for being rude, as well as the 1 star for the overcharging.

The OP was told that they would combine prior to bidding & I think that it was the seller who said they had a bargain.
Unless it's a rare item we want to buy most of us buy on ebay to get a bargain.
  • Technically they did combine the postage as they put it in one invoice. (We know what we mean but some people are TSFE.) I always ask 'Do you offer a postage reduction for multiple purchases' and sometimes even ask them what it would be for item (a) and item (b) to be sent together then you know exactly where you are.

Thanks everyone for the advice, the seller ended up just being plain rude to me in the end saying she wished she never sent them as they worth so much more so took the advice and gave a neutral saying good item but inflated p&p
