Exchanging a small amount of leftover Euros

Hi everyone,
I feel this a bit of a silly question but I have 20Euros left over from a holiday this month. Please don't shoot me down.
Can I exchange it into £? Does there need to be a minimum amount to exchange back?
Should I be looking for the highest buy back rate or lowest?
(This has always confused me)

Yes, you can change it back in to £. The rate you'll get means it won't be worth it.
Either keep it for when you go to Europe next time or sell it to someone who is going to europe soon. Work out a rate that suits you both.

For selling foreign currency, you want the lowest rate (when buying you want the highest):

€20 @ 1.212 would only give you £16.50, while €20 @ 1.154 would give you £17.33.

Private sale would be best if you can arrange one. Put a message around your friends and colleagues that you have 20 Euro for sale. The sell it at the middle rate http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business/market_data/currency/11/13/default.stm and both you and the buyer will get the bet rate in town.

There's no minimum amount in most BdeC. You'd get around £16 for it

Ebay buyers constantly pay around £1 to £1.10p per euro......yes i know crazy isn't it..........but after paying your sellers fees you will only end up with around 17/18 pounds.......some major retailers take euros...m&s...mcdonalds.......

Why not just keep it? Are you never going to go anywhere in the Eurozone ever again?

Less £5 ish for special delivery as well - not worth it for small sums
