I bought a Robot Samba through Groupon. It has now blown a fuse in the adaptor and when I tried a new adaptor it seems to charge but the motor is dead (just making a faint whirring sound, almost a whisper). Hope someone can help me with this, as I cannot find any documentation with the name or contact details of the after sales department. By the sound of things I won't be receiving much after sales care! The cleaner is so new it is still sitting beside the box in my room, am pretty disgusted!0

To be fair to samba I have now received a replacement unit after a fair bit of prodding and pushing.
They have asked me to ship the broken one back to france, but haven't told me how they are going to pary for the shipping. I presume I don't have to pay it0 -
We bought one thru the Groupon deal in July, but one of the motorised wheels has burned out (seized). The only contact for warrantly seemed to be Unitune Concept Ltd in Hong Kong at info@unituneconcept.com but we have had no response.
To send this unit to HK ( traced for obvious reasons ) would cost about £80 ! I see a couple of responses on here where people have had an issue and received a replacement. Could someone tell me if they traced the UK distributor, or any other contact point ?
The annoying thing is the wheel / motor is a slot in unit that is removed for cleaning by two screws, si it would be far easier and cheaper just to send me a replacent motor.

I bought the samsung navibot from myhomerobot.com and honestly have never looked back! Naturally it cannot do things like the stairs, so I wouldn't through your old one out, but if your busy and short of time, these are pretty good imo0
