Are you aware that if you change network and pop in the new SIM that you are going to have EXACTLY the same problems?

As "Im Just Careful" says, you need to get the Blackberry add-on to your contract which is an additional £5 a month.

3 are proving to be incompetant.
First guy sayd cant do anything.
2nd guy says add the BIS and it will be cool, didnt add BIS.
3rd guy says cant add BIS to our service as its not configurable that way.

Virgin and Voda have both said they can sort it in seconds.
