Need help leaving neg fedback

A few weeks ago i purchased a fairly expensive item - unfortunately the item in question failed to arrive and the seller wasn't prepared to refund due to him not wanting to be out of pocket.

I opened up an ebay dispute and escalated the dispute after 10 days - ebay obviously found in my favor (as the seller failed to provide any tracking details).

I'm now at the time where i need to leave feedback so i was wondering if anyone had any idea's regarding a carefully worded sentence that i could use. I'd like it to portray how bad this seller acted throughout and how i had to obtain my refund - but i obviously don't want to look like i'm holding a grudge (this will be the first neg ive ever had to leave)

Thanks

I don't think you can leave negative feedback nicely.Maybe just stick to the facts and don't make personal comments or judgements- something along the lines of-
Item not received. No Tracking. Case opened and resolved within ebay.

No, if you mention a dispute the feedback can be removed.

Something like 'poor seller refused refund on lost item'

Don't mention the dispute, this isn't allowed in feedback and eBay will remove the neg.

Oh really? I had no idea about that! thanks for the advice for me also. I just assumed that being honest would be the best policy! Damn ebay blocking the truth again!:rotfl:

Leaving negative feedback is one of my favorite things on eBay.
  • I've got feedback to leave tonight, the buyer won on the 18th and paid today. Should I just keep it simple and thank for payment, I don't want to risk being negged for my comments...

Don't leave any if you'd rather not.

Buyer paid. What's the problem exactly?
  • Nothing particularly. I was under the impression that payment should be within 3 days; I would usually thank for prompt payment but 6 days isn't exactly prompt.
