took my mum to the chester store today but have to say the staff were most unhelpful and unpleasant - the majority of the plants were dead and alot of the stock was damaged and broken but not reflected in the price
would definitely not go back no matter what the discount

Just remember that it's difficult for the staff - many of them are losing jobs (unless someone takes over that store) and are having to see the shops they've worked in (some for many years) being closed down whilst they're still there.

Thank you for your support , and kind words , The staff are trying to carry on and give their best , with customer after customer , asking the same questions , we are all still waiting for a answer too . Yes after working there for 14 years it is dishearting seeing the place get ripped apart all for 20%off ,

Shipley has been bought by B&M Bargains - No news of a purchase for Guiseley as yet
